Hotel service wasnt overly friendly but that seemed common throughout Venice but rooms were cleaned very well.

We were right behind Piazza San Marco (although it was quiet at night for sleeping), easy walking distance to Rialto bridge, and water taxis that take you everywhere in just a few minutes.

Hotel staff quickly replaced the showerhead, and informed us to go downstairs to the coffee shop in another part of the hotel for coffee cups which we did.
