    Refund Policy
    The types of refunding available includes airport refunds, flight cancellation, flight delay, retime, rescheduled, double charge and duplicate booking. In some cases, credit card or bank payment statement might be required. The ‘manage my booking’ page of the company’s site can be used to check the refunding status.

    Baggage allowance
    All the baggage must be checked in at the airports. For domestic flights, it is 45 minutes before the time of flight departure. In case of international flights, it is up to a maximum of an hour before the scheduled time of departure. Each of the checked baggage shouldn’t exceed the limit of 32 kg in weight. The dimension should be not more than 81 cm (h) x 119 cm (w) x 119 cm (d). The main cabin baggage should not weigh over 7 kg in weight. It should be 56 cm x 36 cm x 23 cm. The items like corrosives, gas, flammable liquid, oxidizing material, organic peroxides, toxic substances, radioactive, infectious substances, explosives, miscellaneous, flammable solids and magnetic material are not allowed inside the flight.
