3 Sapphire Street is a traditional terraced house has been fully renovated in 2009/10 to provide first class, centrally heated and double glazed accommodation for up to 6 people in a quiet side street close to Cardiff city centre. The house is located about a 10 minute walk away from Cardiff s vibrant city centre, making it an ideal base for a weekend visit or a longer stay for work/business reasons. Sapphire Street is a closed end street leading off Clifton Street which is a secondary trading Street providing a vast range of take-away food outlets, friendly hostelries and many useful shops and a bank with an ATM machine. The house is set back from the pavement by a small forecourt and there is on-road parking available. The front door opens to a hallway with stairs leading to the first floor and a door to the open-plan lounge/dining area. There is comfortable seating for six people and a dining table which can also seat six. A doorway leads through to a fully fitted kitchen with a range of wall and base units and the usual appliances (oven, hob, extractor, fridge with icebox, microwave, dishwasher). All kitchen utensils, cutlery, cookware, crockery, glasses etc are provided. From the kitchen a door leads to a small utility/cloakroom which houses a second WC and wash basin and a washing machine. On the first floor there are four bedrooms (two singles, a double and a twin). Each room has enough storage space for a short stay. The tiled bathroom has a white suite and a great shower over the bath, with constant hot water being provided by the combi boiler. NO PETS No Smoking Booking Deposit : Deposit of 100 will be debited from the card details given to us unless guests request alternative payment methods( Bank Transfer or cheque). The remaining balance should be paid in cash on arrival.
