The Marina di Loano Yacht Clubhouse is a modern design created with traditional nautical materials such as teak and steel. It reflects its marine environment with a white and blue color theme and is located at the end of the Marina di Loano central pier offering spectacular views of the Mediterranean. The interior designers are Guido Spadolini and Massimiliano and Roberto Morlacci, and the architect is S.E.P.I Servizi e Progettazioni Immobiliari 97 from Milan. The Yacht Club covers an area of 3,700m2 and the Clubhouse includes three main areas: The first floor of the Clubhouse, accessible from the quay, offers guests a spacious and airy reception area and a 420m2 lounge with wall to wall windows overlooking the Mediterranean. The lounge houses a bar, a billiard room and a private meeting room. This floor also includes the main offices and nine elegant guest suites for patrons, each named after a boat that has made America Cup history. The Club is decorated throughout with evocative yachting photography of Liguria and the Loano coast taken by the internationally celebrated marine photographer, Carlo Borlenghi, and a young local photographer Davide De Francesco. The second floor is open to the public and hosts a restaurant run by Marco Belloni, who continues in the tradition of his Genoese family restaurant Zeffirino. Guests can enjoy a meal in the inside dining room, on the covered terrace or outside on the 400m2 teak terrace. The terrace lounge bar, accessed from the wine bar, offers spectacular views of the Mediterranean and its coastline and is open from 08:30 in the morning until late in the evening for breakfast, a cocktail, a coffee break or a digestive after dinner. The third floor is reached via a wide spiral staircase, this floor features a solarium and a swimming pool reserved exclusively for members.
