Letterfinlay Lodge Hotel rests on the banks of Loch Lochy and boasts breathtaking views over the Great Glen. Watch the world sail by from our panoramic sundeck whilst enjoying the freshest produce and locally landed seafood carefully hand-cooked by our team of chefs. Retire in the evening to our cosy, comfortable bedrooms, many of which have magnificent views over the loch where you can while away the time watching the sun set and if you are lucky see the ospreys swooping over the water at dusk.
Whilst you’re here, we have a fabulous array of things to see and do to keep you as busy or relaxed as you like. The hotel is located in the “outdoor capital of the UK” and we’re really lucky to have such a choice of activities both indoor and out – from clay pigeon shooting to canyoning, white sandy beaches to white water rafting and of course some of the most awe-inspiring scenery on offer in the world.
The hotel, set within its own grounds, is located on the A82 approximately 7 miles north of Spean Bridge and just 17 miles from Fort William, the Outdoor Capital of the UK, the newly designated Lochaber Geopark and, of course, home to Ben Nevis, Britain’s highest mountain.
The Letterfinlay Lodge Hotel is famed locally for its wonderfully good food. We use the best of local produce from minch and moor to create tantalisingly tempting menus made with indulgence in mind! Sit back, with good company, food & wine and enjoy the panoramic views across Loch Lochy whilst you savour sumptuous morsels from our kitchen, served by our friendly waiting staff.
All 14 of our guest rooms are en suite - two of which feature Victorian period bathrooms - have TV and DVD players along with Direct Dial Telephone and Tea & Coffee Making Facilities. Whatever your room requirements, we’ll have something to suit; choose from Twin, Double and Family room configurations.
